The Ministry of Commerce Consumers Trade Innovation & Labour (MCCTIL), with the assistance of the Private Sector Development Initiative (PSDI) / Asian Development Bank (ADB) have completed the drafting of the Foreign Investment Bill. 

The Attorney General's office has approved the Draft Bill and the next stage is consulting the stakeholders on the draft.
